Good Morning

My team, Zalzala F.C, looking to join a 11v 11 outdoor soccer league in fall 2024, i have some questions

1). Is Suffolk Soccer inter leauge is and adult league or no ? if yes? can my team join your league, our players are between ages 18yrs-30yrs

2). if there is any other requirements please let me know
