[Sue Wiley, Artist] Last Light on the Loire

This is the third time I've posted this painting; I guess that proves that some things are never finished! I wasn't happy with the second version, top, that included one of the Provence-style houses along the side, too distracting from the sky and water, which was what drew me to the scene in the first place. So, I reworked it a bit last week: the house is gone, and I like this version, below, better. But that doesn't mean I might not tinker with it again....
