Carmen June 7-9 at 51 Walden in Concord

Dear Friends,

I’m delighted to be performing with Opera 51 in Bizet's rousing crowd-pleasing opera Carmen for one weekend only, June 7-9.  The performance is fully staged, with a full orchestra, in the original French with English super titles. The principles sound fabulous and the costumes are spectacular.  The chorus plays many roles, including soldiers, townspeople, cigarette factory wenches, smugglers, and gypsies!  

Performance dates are:

Friday, June 7 at 8:00 PM

Saturday, June 8 at 8:00 PM

Sunday, June 9 at 2:00 PM

Tickets are $30 ($25 seniors purchased online) and available online at:  www.opera51.org. You can also call 978-369-7911. I'd encourage you to purchase soon, as seating is reserved.

This is a fundraiser for Concord's historic performing arts center, and the hope is that proceeds from these performances will complete a $500,000 fundraising effort to make the building fully accessible. If you are unable to attend, please consider donating to Access51 (Access 51 | 51 Walden).
