Dear Ruddigore Baking Team,

Many thanks to all of you for your time and talents in providing us with home-made baked goods. We are all looking forward to sampling your tasty treats, and are certain that our patrons will be most please with the wide variety of snack selections. The details for packaging and delivery of your baked goods are outlined below.

Packaging:

* all items need to be INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED in either plastic wrap or ziplock bags. If you are bringing cupcakes or any other bar with a wet surface, please do not wrap them as the plastic wrap sticks to the frosting.

* please use DISPOSABLE PACKAGING as we will not be able to return your containers to you.

* All items will be sold for $1.- your items should be cut or packaged to reflect the price;

Serving size: cookies: 3 small or 2 medium or 1 large. Brownies or bars: approximately 3 inches square. Cupcakes: 1.

* we need to be sensitive to patrons with food allergies. Please make a list of ingredients in your baked goods, particularly the most common allergens (wheat, soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, chocolate and dairy).

* please put a label on each portion so we don't mix them up.

Delivery location: Baked goods should be delivered to Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School, 390 Lincoln Road, Sudbury (for other arrangements please contact me).

 Delivery times:

1st weekend bakers: Thursday, Feb 23rd OR Friday, Feb 24th, 6:30-7:30 pm,

2nd weekend bakers: Friday, March 2th, 6:30-7:30 pm.
