I have looked at the product description of what Home Depot is
offering for lumber and their product is copper oxide based. It should
have a plastic liner of 16 mm to create a membrane protecting your
crops and making them safe from any potential leaching of the copper
oxide preservative into the soil.
Their product clearly states that it should not be used in direct
contact growing food.
Proguard premium lumber
"Do not use preserved wood under circumstances where the preservative
may become a component of food, animal feed or beehives."
