Hi Saraswati,

Happy to hear that we have a venue for the date which we spoke about, except that we do not have a facilitator. I am copying the EC on this mail to help get us this person for 2-3 hours on a Sunday (20 March 2016), who can join us at Banjara Academy, RT Nagar. We need to send out the mail to the entire group and I would urge all EC Members to please send in their suggestions on this by tomorrow this time (evening or late evening), so that I can publish this event to the group on 24 Feb.

As this mail is to all EC Members, may I also ask for suggestion on date, venue and facilitator for a PAP session - perhaps 27 Mar or 02 Apr and no later, since Friday 08 Apr is Ugadi and people start on vacations by mid Apr.

Can Dechu Banerjee facilitate for sharing session?

About location for PAP session, Dhananjay had offer a place in Koramangala, we can check and finalize that place.  27-Mar is okay.  

Facilitator - we need to look for a person who has info about online process and addressing issues around online process.
