November Workshop - flier draft for production

Hi All,

The draft of the flier is attached - all the inputs are in place. This needs to be worked upon by Mallika - who is copied on this mail. Any suggestion from the EC may please be shared with a 'reply-all'  to this mail, but before tomorrow evening. If no reverts by 20 Oct evening, Mallika may please start production on 21 Oct morning. The logo option is #3 on your PDF V2 (also attached).

Mallika - the draft word doc contains 4 pages - first 2 pages are the last year's matter, just for reference.

A small suggestion: Where the background of Chandra is concerned, can
we just mention her full name and then continue like this:
Many of the children of Sudatta families enjoyed her warm presence
through structured expressive activities during the last November
workshop and we are pleased to have Chandra with us again this year.
Just feel we can omit the psychologist bit and the fact that she
helps with LD etc---members at times may understand that during this
interaction with Chandra, kids will go thru " counseling" and LD
assessment etc!!!---Talking from past experience!
However if others feel it OK to go ahead as it is---let it stay.

Hello Mallika,

After receiving various suggestions, the final version of the flier is attached - with changes as suggested by Saraswati and Sheela Kamath.  Good to go for production.

I take this opportunity to wish all EC members and their families a Happy Dussera - the theme of which is: "Good shall prevail and evil will be vanquished".

Tried registering, found no link in the website enabling registration for the event.

I guess it be put up once the communication about the event goes out.

Just one request, the page re membership in the website still has contact details of Mr Harikrishna. Could this be amended please?

Hi Ravi,  once the flier is ready the in line links to the flier and registration Google Form will be activated. We will also get the contract details corrected at that time.  Thanks for pointing this out.
