Good Morning!!!

We are just 3 days away from the AGM of Sudatta for the year 2016, where besides the usual presentation of the Accounts and Report out on the events that took place in 2015-16, we wanted to debate the restructuring of the current one, single large group into 4 distinctive groups (as communicated in earlier mail), each with a Group Secretary and at least 1 Committee Member, besides the President, General Secretary & Treasurer of the combined entity. 

The present Executive Committee (EC) will have to step down, as it has been managing for 2 years, which is the limit as per the Sudatta mandate, and these Members are not supposed to stand for re-election. So let's meet and bring in fresh blood and new energy into Sudatta as this Support Group graduates from being a teenager and enters it's 20th year of being in existence. 

Please confirm your participation by end-of-day, Thursday 23 Jun 2016, since we need to make arrangements for the food. In case you are not coming, let us know that as well - either way, do respond. 

In case we do not have a quorum, we would be compelled to postpone the AGM, and since the present EC has completed its term, the Group will be without anyone managing its affairs and go into "suspended animation" and that is avoidable. 

We have all benefited from being together to address various issues on parenting, and it would be sad to see this sort of a situation.
