HR Specialist
· Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Master and execute all the recruitment process and requirements and report to HR Director.
2. Coordinates and administers organizations performance management system for all employees; coordinates performance.
3. Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (e.g. personnel actions, regulatory requirements, actions involving outside agencies, inter-department needs, etc.) for the purpose of developing recommendations and/or supporting other staff.
4. Prepares a variety of reports and related documents (e.g. verification requests of employment, folders, paperwork, etc.) for the purpose of providing documentation and information to others.
5. Actively participate in the bi-weekly ops meetings and monthly company-wide meetings.
6. Communicate regularly with supervisor to keep him abreast of all issues that may be out of the ordinary or may need to be escalated to the next level of management for resolution.
7. Respond to special requests and preparing special reports/projects
8. Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
· Job Requirements:
1. Able to think independently and supervise new projects or activities
2. Able to follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion with minimal supervision
3. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.
4. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
5. Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems, and prioritize work.
6. Good English Communication Skills.
· Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree from a qualified University (Required).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience (maximum 4 year) in HR field (Required).
