1-Job Title: Sales Man

General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned Territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Promotes/sells/secures orders and collection from existing and prospective customers   Demonstrates and Sell products /services to existing potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and Prospective Customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

• Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.

·  Collection of Cash against goods sold for the day (Cash Sales) and doing the settlement for the same by the end of the day.

·  Achieving his Daily /Weekly/Monthly Target.

• Participates in trade shows.

·  Set Up display and take care of company fridges on his assigned route.

REPORTING:

• Reports directly to the Supervisor of the Area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Must possess at least 1 to 2 year experience in the Food and Beverages sector.

·  Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

·   Should have a valid driver’s license to drive the sales vehicle.

 

·  Confident manner with a pleasant personality.

·  Excellent communication Skills.

Company FOODS-

2-Job Title: Sales SUPERVISOR

General Summary: Achieves maximum sales profitability, Responsible for the area and the target

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Achieving Sales Target and developing the assigned area/territory.

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

·  To assist the Managers in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives and daily/Weekly/Monthly Target.

 

·     To assist the Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.

 

·     Handle customer issues, Distribution and coverage, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.

 

·     Supervise Sales Man and train him.

 

·     Make reports showing Sales, Install of new fridges, New Strategy adherence, and attendance etc.

 

·     Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.

 

·     Monitors daily calls done by the salesman, provide feedback to Salesman and Assist Salesman on sales %, and Target achievement.



REPORTING:

• Reports directly to the Asst Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Graduate

·  Must possess at least 2 to 3 year experience in the Food and Beverages sector.

 

·  Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

 

·   Should have a valid driver’s license

 

·  Confident manner with a with a pleasant personality.

 

·  Excellent communication Skills.
