Content and Overview of Hospital Management Diploma:-

First day:

Concept of management in health care include the definition and objectives and different type of management and importance of management in health field as general.

Outcome of first day: -

By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the term of administrations.

-         To know the different type of administrations.

-         To know the importance of administration in health care.

-         To know the conflict in hospital management and how to solve it.   

Second day:

Health system include the definition and type of health system and objectives of health system and different sector work as a part of health system like health insurance. 
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To know the health system.

-         To know the objective of health system.

-         To define the health system.

-         To know the different type of health system.

-         To know the objective of health insurance.

Third day:

Planning in health management include definition of planning and objectives of planning and importance of planning in health care and type of planning in health care. 
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the planning.

-         To know the importance of planning in health care.

-         To know the conflict of planning in health care.

 

 

Day four:

 Organization in health care specially in hospital include definition  and concept and objectives and benefits of planning  in health care management and types of planning , elements of planning and give some example of organizing system .
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the organization as general.

-         To define the organization if health care management.

-         To know the importance of organizations.

-         To know the elements of organizing in the hospital.

-         To the know example of conflict of interest in hospital administration with organizing function.

Day five:

Human resources  management in hospital include the responsibilities of Hospital manager and the method of calculate the number of staff of any hospital and job description and how to calculate  the incentive and the main conflict  of human resources management in the hospital. 
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the HR function in the hospital management.

-         To know the importance of HR in hospital management.

-         To know the different department of HR.

-         To know the conflict of HR in the hospital management.

Day six:

Training   and development as concept in health care management  and the importance of training and the benefits of it and how it can develop the hospital and increase of income of it.
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the training and development.

-         To know the objective of training in hospital management.

-         To know the importance of training in hospital management.

 

Day seven:

Control and monitoring in the hospital and we will include like the concept of monitoring in the hospital and objectives of and to know the different type of policy and procedures it may be used in the hospital and to know the importance of monitoring in the hospital management. 
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the control and monitoring in hospital management.

-         To know the objective of control & monitoring in hospital management.

-         To know the importance of control & monitoring in hospital management.

-         To the conflict of control & monitoring in hospital management.

-         To know the different method in control & monitoring in hospital management.  

Day eight:

Hospital  administration it include the history and develop of hospital and the definition of hospital and different function of hospital and school of hospital administration and importance of quality  of management in the hospital administration and character  of Hospital administration and how to create evacuation plan and how to create hospital department.
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the hospital.

-         To know the different department in the hospital.

-         To know the function of hospital.

-         To know the conflict of hospital management. 

 

 

 

Day nine:

Evaluation of hospital according to the hospital objective and to know the different method of employee performance assessments and the objective of assessment and to the challenge of hospital administration and to know the different determinant of hospital administration. 
By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the evaluation in hospital management.

-         To know the different method of evaluation.

-         To know the importance of evaluation in hospital management.   

Day ten:

Disaster management and conflict in hospital management include the definition and objectives and types and how to management the conflict between the different sector of hospital.

By the end of this day the participant should able:

-         To define the disaster in hospital management.

-         To know how to prepare disaster plan as a part of hospital management.

-         To know the importance of disaster plan.

-         To know the conflict of implementing of disaster plan.
