Society Registartion pre-requisites

Dear Friends,

The good thing is we are getting an exclusive bank account for SuccorForce.

And before that if we register the group as a society, it will be more beneficial.

To register the society, several guidelines have to be followed.

First, there should be a body of seven members with the following designations.

• Director
• Manger
• Treasure    --- Prasad (Who is working as an Accountant from the past few years)
• Trustee
• Secretary
• Member of the committee
• Member of the committee

Ali, Prasad, SunilDutt came forward to be a part of the committee.

Need four more members, so please come forward who can be a part of the committee.

The following essentials are needed.

1. Society Name: 

2. Alternate Name:

     Let us suggest a more common name for alternate name

3. Mission

4. Goals

5. Committee (Body of Seven members mentioned above)

and many others that we shall scrutinize.

Appreciate your dedication in taking it forward sincerely. Why I'm saying  this to you is.... most of the people generally start the things with greater enthusiasm but will quit after some time showing a valid and convincing reason. But a sincere person never look at reasons.

Just came from office.

Mission statement and Goal are given below. Please suggest necessary things.

Mission Statement: To help the down-trodden people in need within the scope of the group and spread the love of humanity and divinity.

Goals: To make the group a self autonomous body which functions itself to stretch its arms for the down-trodden.

The activities should include giving food to the hungry, clothes to the needy, books and food to the children, paying rents/bills for orphanages/oldage homes, donate blood etc.
