Hiring: Lead UI Developer
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) - Need Locals only

We are seeking an experienced Lead UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Redux Saga, and Next.js to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale web applications.
Key Requirements:
✅ 2–3+ years of experience in a Lead or Architect role
✅ Strong recent hands-on experience with React.js + TypeScript
✅ Deep expertise in Redux Saga, including watcher/worker patterns and complex async flows
✅ Proven production experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, Routing)
✅ Experience leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions
✅ Strong mentoring and team leadership skills
✅ Expertise in building custom UI components rather than relying heavily on UI libraries such as MUI, Chakra UI, etc.
✅ Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications
✅ Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and state management patterns
✅ Strong recent hands-on experience with React.js + TypeScript
