We are hiring a Senior QA AI Engineer to lead quality validation for AI/ML and Generative AI systems in an enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on experience testing machine learning models, LLM-powered applications, and building AI automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute AI/ML testing strategy across model lifecycle
Validate ML models (accuracy, precision, recall, F1, bias detection)
Test LLM-based systems (RAG, prompt workflows, hallucination checks) including applications powered by GPT-4
Build and maintain AI test automation frameworks in Python
Integrate AI testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Perform API, performance, and regression testing for AI services
Required Skills:
10+ years in QA Automation
3+ years in AI/ML model testing
Strong Python expertise
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience testing NLP/LLM applications
CI/CD and microservices testing experience
