We are looking for a Cyber Security Communications & Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity communications and change enablement initiatives.
🔍 Role Summary
This role is responsible for translating complex cyber risks and technology changes into clear, actionable messaging that promotes secure employee behaviors and supports the adoption of cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Lead cybersecurity communications and awareness programs across the enterprise
Develop and execute change management and stakeholder communication strategies for major cyber initiatives
Create impactful messaging for executives and employees to explain cyber risks, controls, and transformations
Collaborate with Cybersecurity Leadership, PMO, Corporate Communications, HR, and OCM teams
Drive adoption of new cybersecurity tools, controls, and operating models
✅ Qualifications
8+ years of experience in communications, change management, cybersecurity, or technology programs
Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills
