💼 Full-time / Contract
🧠 12–15 years experience

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Performance Architect who can own the performance strategy end-to-end and make impactful architecture-level decisions across MAWM and legacy systems.

👉 If you’ve worked in WMS / Supply Chain and love solving complex performance challenges, this role is for you.
💥 What You’ll Do
✔️ Drive performance testing strategy (planning → execution → reporting)
✔️ Identify and fix bottlenecks across web, app & DB layers
✔️ Deep dive into thread dumps, CPU/memory spikes & scalability issues
✔️ Work with tools like K6, JMeter (LoadRunner is a plus)

⚡ Bonus Points
✨ Load modeling based on real business usage
✨ Experience with Dynatrace, PerfMon, SQL Profiler
✨ Strong log analysis skills
