📍 Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join our team in a staff augmentation role. If you have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and ITSM/ITOM modules, we'd love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide ServiceNow administration and development support
✅ Implement, enhance, and maintain ITSM/ITOM modules
✅ Ensure SLA compliance and deliver timely operational support
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ Strong experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer
✔️ Hands-on experience with ITSM and/or ITOM modules
✔️ Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform customization and capabilities
✔️ Ability to quickly adapt to project requirements and deliver results
🔹 Additional Requirements
📌 Must be a local candidate to California
📌 California State ID or Driver's License copy is required
📌 Must be able to work 100% onsite (5 days/week) in Sunnyvale, CA
📌 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
