🚨 Hiring: Lead UI Developer (Onsite – Charlotte, NC)

📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) - Need Locals Only

Looking for strong Lead UI Developers with hands-on experience in:
• React (pure React, no frameworks)
• TypeScript
• Redux & Redux-Saga

🔹 Must have:

  • React 18 best practices (functional components only)
  • Experience building UI components from scratch (no MUI/Antd/Chakra)
  • CSS-in-JS (styled-components / Emotion)
  • Strong understanding of architecture & design decisions

🔹 Nice to have:

  • react-router (latest)
  • Monorepo (Nx) experience

🔹 Soft skills:

  • Strong communication
  • Ability to explain technical concepts
  • Ownership mindset & understanding of technical debt
