🚨 Hiring: Adobe AEP Lead / Architect 🚨
📍 Location: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite)
📅 Duration: 6+ Months
We are looking for a highly hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead/Architect who can independently drive end-to-end implementations and take complete ownership of delivery. This role requires a strong execution mindset, leadership capability, and the ability to act as a single point of contact (SPOC) across enterprise engagements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver end-to-end AEP implementations in enterprise environments
• Design and implement XDM schemas, RT-CDP, data ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies
• Act as a self-sufficient SPOC with minimal dependency on external teams
• Proactively identify project risks and define mitigation strategies early
• Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and engineering stakeholders
• Drive delivery excellence with strong ownership and accountability
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
✔ Expertise in RT-CDP, XDM, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams
✔ Proven experience independently driving implementations and delivering results
✔ Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (Retail domain preferred)
✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
