fsfs.conf => memcached misunderstandings

I'm integrating memcached and stucked with this note in fsfs.conf 
 
[memcached-servers]
### memcached servers can be shared between multiple repositories;
### however, if you do this, you *must* ensure that repositories have
### distinct UUIDs and paths, or else cached data from one repository
### might be used by another accidentally.
 
So if i understood correctly, even if i have distinct repositories UUID, do i still have to have distinct paths in each shared repo?
