2008 B.I. Show Title to be "Eye of the Storm"

After our on site take down and meeting and viewing the partial
wreckage (especially my flattened Ancient Future piece), We decided to
name our 2nd Annual Block Island Sculpture Show "EYE of the STORM".
This opens many paths for various interpretations. Anything from calm,
tranquil, powerful, thrashing, twisting forces, straightline velocity,
ducking, hiding, carelessnes, interpersonal relationships, water,
wind, wear and tear, natural forces, natural defences, manmade
protections, manmade defiance, a relaxing
bench ......whatever ......use it not as a constraint but as an
inspiration.

Hey i just got some sculptures in a drawing show so forget about
boundries.

Going to get the word out a bit earlier this year. Should start in a
month or so. Also want to get the word out to the Block Islanders this
time.
