Prior to 2.5.2 upgrade any CSS i had for my skin in my skin's Styles/
folder would get applied.

After the upgrade this doesn't seem to be the case and now I have to
put items in the single /Styles.css file? Is that right? It makes it
tough to manage some different sets of styles.

Tell me I'm missing something?

you can still handle separate styles... it is what I am doing on my blog
it was a while ago, but if not wrong, the only difference is that now the skin.config has to be in the skin folder instead of being at root level
