Anyone seen issues where Subtext crashes App Pool on editing posts?

In the last two weeks I've seen the following happen three times: I edit an existing post's content and when I click save, the app pool dies with a "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE". I have to open a ticket with the provider to restart the app pool. I am running Subtext v2.5.2.0 & haven't made any changes to my deployment in months... not sure why this would all the sudden start coming up :(
Ideas?
