After upgrade to 2.5.2.0, default.aspx isn't being respected

I'm hosting at OrcsWeb and the default documents were working before
my 2.5.2.0 upgrade. However after the upgrade, going to /admin gives
me a 404... but when I go directly to /admin/default.aspx it works
fine.
What's strange is looking at my IIS settings on the directory, it
shows that default.aspx is still listed as a default document.
Known issue as I didn't see anything in the docs/wiki about it.
