Difficutly syncing to cloud

Hi there - I am using subsurface mobile (android) version 6.0.5561 on a samsung galaxy 24+. My app says (changes synced locally) even though I have auto cloud sync enabled and I have done a manual cloud sync multiple times. When I click manual sync it shows a number of dialog boxes like it's doing the right thing but then the last dialog box says (changes synced locally). What am I doing wrong? If you need additional log info or whatnot, I can provide, just tell me where to find the data you need. Thank you so much!

The easiest way to debug this is 

- update to the current version -- nothing with synching has changed, but it's just a good habit and helps me when I try and figure out what's going on
- start Subsurface-mobile
- do a manual sync from the menu
- go to the Help menu and submit a support request

This will open your email app with the logs attached and once you send that it will go to me and Michael Keller. And then I can compare the logs to what I see on the backend and most likely figure out what's going wrong.
