Are you planning to support Cressi Newton dive computer?

If you have the Cressi Leonardo dock, you can download single gas dives from the Newton through the current version. Occasionally it my throw up an error that says something about unusual gas mix.

The latest release should already support the Cressi Newton. If not, you can
select the Cressi Leonardo because they are compatible.

If you notice parsing errors (like the unusual gas mix), then send me a memory
dump, and I'll have a look. You may even send me a memory dump if you experience
no errors. I use them for regression testing, and having more test data is
always better!

To download a memory dump, you need to enable both the "Save libdivecomputer
logfile" and "Save libdivecomputer dumpfile" checkboxes in the subsurface
download dialog:

Email me both files, and that's it.

Hi Jed,

I had an issue with a previous version, I didn’t realise that the new version was compatible with the Newton. I hadn’t done a multi gas dive so didn’t notice that I wasn’t getting the error any longer.

I have attached the two files for you. I am using the Leonardo dock instead of the Newton dock if that has any baring on it.

Incidentally any plans for a UWP version of the app?

I don't spot any parsing issues either. All dives have 21%, 32% or 33%
O2 as gas mix. Are there any multi gas dives in the data?

Hi All,

I recently bought brand new Cressi Newton dive computer. Clock and diving settings works fine, but computer is not reacting on water, I tried it in swimming pool at depth about 2,5 meters and dive mode is not started. Computer is not in lock mode, I check that also, and I also tried with gage ON mode...
Can somebody help me with this? I am going on diving vacation in next 5 days...

Thanks in advance!

This problem has nothing to do with software. I doubt anyone on this
mailinglist will be able to help you. Try contacting your dealer or
Cressi for support.
