4.9.0 crashes on start

Hi.

I've just upgraded from 4.8.6 to 4.9.0, and it crashes on start. I tried to run it from rpm and then from appimage (did install the libxcrypt-compat), and it seems to have some problem with my log file: when starting it with --user=test it does start, but when I'm trying to open my local log file it crashes again. Didn't have any problem with the previous version.
