Hello everyone,
Is there anyone successfully downloading dives into Subsurface from Perdix 2 with firmware version V100?
I updated the firmware a few days ago and tried downloading my latest dives today, but it keeps telling me that there were no new dives to download.
Even if I tell it to redownload all the past dives it keeps claiming that there are none.
Has anyone ever seen a problem like that?

Best regards
Benjamin

What subsurface version and what platform are you using?

I have that problem on Android Subsurface version 6.0.5276 installed from Play Store.
Meanwhile I have also installed the latest Subsurface 6.0.5436 on a Windows Desktop and was actually able to download the new dives successfully.
So the problem seems to be related to the Android version I guess.

That android version is out-of-date, and it's my understanding that
Play Store will no longer receive updated versions of Subsurface.

Thank you very much.
So my problem is simply an outdated version without the fix.
Somehow I thought my Subsurface came from Play Store and updates itself, but I guess this is in fact not how I installed it.
Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the help. :)

Have a read of the 'Android' section of https://subsurface-divelog.org/current-release/?lang=en. Using Obtainium is one way to get Subsurface updates on Android that works in the current situation where Subsurface is no longer updated in the Play store.

Ngā mihi
