Can't find registration PIN

Subsurface mobile 2.1.5 on iOS.

Message on screen is "Thank you for registering with subsurface. We sent subsurface @ johnmedway.com [without the spaces] a PIN code..."

Assuming this was from some earlier attempt to connect, but no obvious sign of that PIN in the inbox, archived mail or trash. How can I get one regenerated and resent?

Also, please note that the email address for the registration should be subsurface @ johnmedway.com, NOT the same as the one I am posting from in this forum.

I know the website is basically  one man show, but bumping this as I need to try to get the mobile working before a dive trip.

This has been documented here countless times.

If you need help with a cloud account, send email to di...@hohndel.org FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED FOR THE CLOUD ACCOUNT.

I will not engage on random posts to the user forum, ESPECIALLY if those posts are made from a different email address.
