Hi

I am trying to connect to my Suunto Zoop using the official Zoop USB cable and Windows 7.  I have set the Zoop to PC mode and plugged it in, but the option for USB does not come up under the mount point drop down menu.  The dei=vice is recognised when plugging the cable in because it comes up on the hardware list and Windows makes the 'new hardware detected' noise.  The drop down menu shows only COM3, COM4, COM5, COM6 and COM7.  No USB option.

Any ideas?

The cable is a usb-to-serial cable. Windows sees that as a new serial port that has bin connected to the computer, so to download the dives from your computer you actually choose the approperiate COM port.

Which one is the correct then? You could find that out by using the device manager, or just check which ones shows up when the usb-part of the cable isn't plugged in, and which one gets added when you plug in the cable.
