Hi there,

when I tried to upload my week-end dives as I always do, I receive this message after the app tries it :

Failed to save dives to https://ssrf-cloud-us.subsurface-divelog.org/git/ [myEmail] (Undefined error: 0)

I already tried to delete the app cache and retry but the same error comes back every time. I am using macOS Tahoe 26.2.

Hi,

I just got a failed to connect to server, second server or third server, then loaded local file.

Kind regards

One of our cloud servers didn't recover gracefully from a DOS attack last night (brute force hacking attempts trying to access thousands of strange PHP paths from the looks of it). But normally things should fall over to the other servers, so I'm surprised it didn't recover for you.

Please try again - if it still doesn't work, please send email directly to me (di...@subsurface-divelog.org) FROM the account you use for your cloud storage and I can take a look at what's going on.

Well... the answer depends on your definition of "just got".
Also, what the heck, why are the failover servers not responding, either.
The one primary server that was down recovered around 17:30 UTC - but the other primary one (and since you seem to be in the UK, that's the one you should have gone to in the first place) never went down. And I can't seem to find failed connections to that server, either.

Very strange.

Same as I just responded to the other message - please try again, and please contact me directly if the issue continues.

/D

Hi Dirk,

I’ve logged off both my PC and Laptop now, both gave the same message and loaded the local file.

I’ll give it another go tomorrow.

Kind regards
