Thanks for your message, I feel better now being not alone with this problem ! ;-)
In addition, I noticed that the “broken” thing appears also with the Windows version of Subsurface : error message each time “Failed to connect to XXXXXXX: 'Remote device cannot be found'”
I tried to scan again the Bluetooth devices around my pc, but Subsurface cannot find anymore my G2… L
