Given that I'm new in this world, I cannot download my dives from Cressi Goa.
Trying from Windows or Linux either with BT or USB. I'd like to try also with Android but I cannot select 'show all BT devices' like the desktop version unfortunately.
All the libdivecomputer logs ends with  same two lines
ERROR: Unexpected answer header byte. [in src/cressi_goa.c:132 (cressi_goa_device_receive)]
ERROR: Failed to read the logbook data. [in src/cressi_goa.c:423 (cressi_goa_device_foreach)]
Here are attached full logs, please let me know if there are any other way I can help to debug the issue
linux.log
bluetooth.log
windows.log

I don't see a lot of success for this post.
Am I missing something? Is there any way I can help debug the issue or any more test that I can try?
I would really love to use my Cressi Goa with Subsurface

Both the linux and windows log files show a few packets where downloaded
successfully. That means the communication is working. But then it starts to
fail with checksum errors and invalid header bytes. That typically indicate a
bad connection. Make sure the contacts are dry and clean, and try again a few
times. Send the logs of each attempt so we can have a look.

For this kind of problems, it's also a good idea to try if the Cressi
application is able to download your dives. If that also fails, then it's very
unlikely subsurface will work.

The bluetooth log shows no response at all from the dive computer. Note that at
the moment bluetooth is not officially supported for the Goa. It might work, but
nobody ever confirmed it works.

I was probably trying to sync to an empty dive log because now is working without any issue with both OS, very silly mistake I guess

I confirm that is not working with bluetooth. if there's any way I can help with my BT interface I would be happy to
