Unable to sync my Logs

Hi,
I have the latest copy (6.0.5436-CICD) on my Windows machine, and yesterday, after I updated my logs, I realised this morning that it does not sync to my iPhone's app. Tonight I came back and got this message on my Windows version - Cannot sync with cloud server, working with offline copy". When I clicked on Cloud Storage Online, it says  "Failure taking cloud storage online". Any one has a solution for me?

Found the issue, somehow the password didn't work  (which is strange, I didn't update any passwords recently) so once I reset my password, all works now
