How can I build without qtwebkit?

When running cmake, how can I disable the requirement for qtwebkit? I tried building without printing support, but that didn't help.

While we built without webkit by default for a while (when it seemed that the project was abandoned), we now use it everywhere again.

Printing and user manual support require webkit, so if you disable those two the build /should/ complete without webkit, but I haven't tested this in a while.
