Lately there is a dependency problem with f32 rpm packaging: subsurface-4.9.4-2.1.x86_64 needs libgit2-0.99.0-2.fc32.x86_64 to be installed and run, while Fedora has already updated to libgit2-1.0.0-1.fc32.x86_64.
Manually linking "ln -s /usr/lib64/libgit2.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib64/libgit2.so.0.99" allows subsurface to run with no problems whatsoever, so it seems to be easily rectifiable packaging problem only.

It's strange that OBS wouldn't just update the build. I'll try to figure out how to manually trigger a new build there.
