Cant Acces cloud from desktop computer

Hi, I have just installed Surface divelog and have imported my (older)  dives.
Works great.
However, I can use the cloud on my cellphone and my tablet, but on my computer (win 10) the 3 cloud items are light gray, and I can't open them.

What do I do wrong? Alreaddy tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's the same.

There are a number things that might be going wrong.
The most common one is a typo in in the email address or password.
There are rare cases where there are issues in the backend that cause problems connecting to the server.

Typically the best starting point is to start Subsurface, enter the cloud credentials , try to open the cloud storage, and then exit Subsurface.
Then grab C:\Users\Home\AppData\Roaming\Subsurface : subsurface_out.log and subsurface_err.log and send those two files to us.

Hopefully that will point us in the right direction...

Looks like you might have configured a local XML file used for log instead of cloud. Under preferences check the "Dive log" settings and make sure "Default dive log file" is set to "Cloud storage". (Cloud credentials are set under the "Cloud" settings.)

Now I get this response: 

Unable to open git repository 'https://ssrf-cloud-eu.subsurface-divelog.org/git/gard...@pandora.be[gard...@pandora.be]'

and there is no transfert of dives.

OK managed to uipload botj files.

Stange thing now. I can acces the cloud, upload my dives, but can't see them on my cell phone or on my tablet.

Do you see the dives when you log to https://cloud.subsurface-divelog.org/ with a web browser? Double check that you use same user credentials on each device.

When I follow the link, I get this error message: The requested URL was not found on this server.

It should redirect you to a page like https://cloud.subsurface-divelog.org/user/<emailaddress>/dives.html and view the divelog. I think there are 2 options, either the log is not synced to cloud, or the backend process to populate the web log did not run.

When you open the File menu, is "Cloud storage online" checked? Will it sort the issue if you click the "Save to cloud storage" on the same menu?

If I go to : https://cloud.subsurface-divelog.org/user/<emailaddress>/dives  I get a screen with username and password, however, when I try to log in it won't work.

Clous storage online is checked and whan I choose  (opslaan in cloud opslag) safe in cloud, it makes connection and starts uploading, so I assume that works.

I have no sign of a single successful attempt to save your data on the server.
Admittedly, I don't think I completely understand what's going on, but my guess is that something went sideways when the backend storage for you was initially created - because I can see your account being created in the log, but after that the transactions just failed.

Can you go to your Window box, make sure that "Cloud storage online" is checked under File and try again to save to cloud storage? I have added a log trace on your account and maybe that will tell me what's going on?
This whole thing is really puzzling, TBH

Cloud storage online is checked (was already so) and when I say to upload to cloud, there is a box saying connecting and then that the cloud is made. The rest goes to quick to read ;)

The logs show that you have now successfully stored your data in the cloud storage.
Please verify that you can access this both via web browser and on your mobile device (meta data shows only accesses from Windows so far)

I am starting to question whether you are actually interested in solving the problem. Or maybe you just like complaining?

Because I have no idea how you think anyone can help you based on those one sentence complaints that you send

So if you can't access from a mobile device and get an error, what's the error message? Reproduce the problem and send us a log (help->about and tap the button to copy the log).

I can keep sending logs, but when you are not abele to solve the problem, don'ty blame me! You are supposed to solve the problem, I'm having one.
I can only tell you what I see and if you need anything specific, just ask and I trie to get it to you.
And as long as it isn't working properly I think I can compplain no?

Sne you afian the out log and the err log.

We will need log from the mobile device to see what goes wrong with mobile app. Reproduce the problem on mobile app and send us a log (help->about and tap the button to copy the log).

OK little bit better now. Here are both logs, for cell phone and tablet.

Uodate: While opening the program on the cellphone it started downloading and I got my dives in.
On my tablet the situation is the smae. No data.

Try to force the tablet to sync dives with cloud. From the menu select "Dive management" and "Manual sync with cloud". I do not see any cloud access attempt on the log you just provided.

Do it and send the log so we can see it’s done (of if it fails the error it produces).

I’m using cloud storage between at least 4 devices and it’s working just fine.

PROBLEM SOLVED !

Got the tablet back to factory settings ( was time to do that anyway) reinstalled and works prefect now.
