ZHL coefficients

The GUI says it's Buehlmann ZHL-16B, but in core/deco.c the coefficients are of ZHL-16C and one compartment (t=4min) is missing.

It's the ZH-L16C values, and it's not that one compartment is missing,
as much as it's the "b" variation of the first compartment (ie
5-minute rather than the 4-minute compartment value).

You'll notice that otherwise it wouldn't be 16 compartments, it would be 17 ;).

I don't know the meaning of the "1b" compartment, whether it's a replacement for no.1, or an additional one later inserted between 1 and 2, which would indeed increase the number of compartments to 17. Is there an authoritative answer like a paper by Buehlmann about this?
Regarding B/C, my point was that the runtime table in the subsurface GUI says the plan is according to ZHL-16B whereas actually it is ZHL-16C. Since 16C is for dive computers, the suggestion would be to change the values in the code to match 16B.
