When posting questions you can help us answer you more quickly if you make sure you include some basic information:
  • Which version are you using (hint: look at the About screen)? 4.5.6
  • Which OS are you running? Win 10 64bit
  • (if applicable) which dive computer are you using? N/a but Suunto Vyper Air
I Can't save to the cloud due the this error "Problems with local cache of Subsurface cloud data" I can't find any reference to this error.
The problem is occurring on my home PC, windows tablet and the Android app on my phone. Non of them are updating to or from the cloud storage.

Fixed it by removing completely, including all the folders and files it leaves behind after it was uninstalled, Grrrr. Cleaned the registry and then reinstalled. All working fine now.

do you happen to remember what was left behind? We could try to improve the uninstall.

It leaves this folder behind containing a couple of other folders and files

C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\Subsurface

This was the location of the corrupted data file that caused the issue. As it turns out the windows tablet and android phone were working fine but didn't get any data update because my desktop was not saving it to the cloud.

There were several registry entries that I deleted manually, I can't remember where they were, all I did was search for "subsurface" in 'Regedit' and removed them as I found them.
