Mares Smart download error

I have a Mares Smart computer which has generally worked fine on Suburface used on a Mac running Mac )S 12.7.5.. I have recently downloaded and installed Subsurface version 6.0.5.2.14 for Mac, and then 6.0.5.2.18 CIDC release - the Smart will not download - I get the error message:

"Error

Unable to open /dev/tty.usbserial-0001 Mares (Smart)"

The version works fine, however, for my wife's Mares Puck Pro.

I noticed in GitHub that if I can get back to a version 5 release, ti should be fine -is there aa way to find an earlier release somewhere?
