Halcyon Symbios support

Patrick,

I'm not familiar with the Halcyon dive computers at all. This should be a fairly straightforward BLE setup from looking at the sources, but maybe there's a special step that I'm just not familiar with. I have forwarded this to the Subsurface User Forum where all of our experts for the various dive computers tend to hang out (I mostly deal with backend issues these days...)

Good day dear developers,

First of all thank you 🙏🏻 for your afford of developing this app. I have been using with my Ratio dive computer and it works a a charm. Because Ratio does not even have a app. Now was in not happy with the Ratio computer, so that's out the door.

And now i have a Halcyon Symbios handset.

And that's also supported by Subsurface 🥳. But now the question comes: how do I get it to communicate with each other?

Based on the info in the log, paired bluetooth devices are discovered correctly.
But all other devices are discovered without a name, and thus subsurface can't
be detect whether those bluetooth devices are a dive computer or not:

> Discovered new device: '' [7E:10:94:E5:4A:1B]: not recognized as dive computer
> ...

I'm not sure why that happens? Maybe you didn't grant the subsurface app the
necessary permissions? Although, at first sight that looks correct in the log:

> ACCESS_COARSE|FINE_LOCATION permission available
> Location turned on
