Can't access cloud anymore. Please help

When posting questions you can help us answer you more quickly if you make sure you include some basic information:
  • Which version are you using (hint: look at the About screen)? 4.9.3
  • Which OS are you running? Android and Windows 10
  • (if applicable) which dive computer are you using?
I have reset my password in Settings and this doesn't seem to help. What else can I do? We are getting ready to go on a trip and I need a log. If you need the cloud email address, I can send it to you.

I would suggest resetting your password:


And then use the new password you set there in both Windows and Android...

Hi Dirk
I tried but it seems that I still cannot synchronise pc dive log with cloud 
i miss the last 20 dives without clear reason
