Hello
As I dive in several clubs, the cylinders weight changes. So, to adapt correctly the weight I have to add before to dive, I would like to be able to write the cylinder weight either in the cylinder data or as a new item in the weightsystem data.
Could you tell me if it's possible and, if it is, how to do that ? Thank you.
Regards.

Usually cylinders of same size and material but with significantly different weight have different pressure ratings.
In any way, you can always make new cylinders and name them accordingly eg 15LT18kg and another one 15LT15kg if that suits your needs

On the Desktop app you can make custom weight systems (e.g. v-weight, torch, suit-inflate cylinder) and you can also create custom cylinders that are not in the default list too. I have used both of these. You just add a new item and then type its name in free text and then this will form part of the lookup list for future dives. I've used the custom cylinder when i had two different 7L aluminium cylinders, one was a 207bar cylinder and one was a 232br cylinder, i suggest you start there. You can also use the notes field too obviously.

It seems that my version (Debian 6.0.5576-dfx) does not allow me to add or remove items as cylinders. I can do so for dive sites or dive masters...., but not for equipments items. I'll continue to search and if I don't find the solution I'll continue to use the Notes fields.
Anyway, Thank you for your answers.

What happens if you go to the 'Equipment' tab and try to add or edit a
cylinder in the Cylinders list?

Can you post screenshots of how this looks for you?
