Having trouble connecting to subsurface cloud storage

When posting questions you can help us answer you more quickly if you make sure you include some basic information:

• Which version are you using (hint: look at the About screen)?  -- 4.7.1
• Which OS are you running?  -- Windows

I believe I registered on the phone, and I was sent a PIN number, but it seems like I am unable to sync to the cloud storage on my windows install.

I get a red message on the bottom saying

"Error connecting to Subsurface cloud storage

Unable to open git repository '....'"

Any way to confirm that I actually have an account? Maybe I got my password wrong? There aren't enough UI cues to help me easily debug this.

To confirm the cloud account, you can use a web browser and connect to https://cloud.subsurface-divelog.org giving the email and password used during the registration.t a red message on the bottom saying
