I have a new cloud account, but I didn't memoriced my password. Please can you reset my password.

There is no account with that email address. There is one that looks
rather similar, but at a different email hosting company, but I cannot
reset the passwords for random accounts... please send email directly to
me FROM the account that you want to see reset.
