I have just installed the Sub-surface programme on my Windows 10 (64bit) PC, but I find it impossible to import dive-files with the use of Bluetooth from my Shearwater divecomputers (PERDIX and NERD2). The suggestions in the manual are relatively useless and do seemingly not offer a viable a solution. Whatever I do I get a message "Error in Dive data" or Device cannot be connected.
Can anyone help?
