New dives are not uploading to the cloud

I use the desktop (Windows and Linux) versions of Subsurface and the mobile application on my Android devices. After coming back from a dive trip I tried synchronizing the cloud data from my desktop data after importing from my dive computer. The new dives show in my local log, but not on the cloud. They are not visible in the web version either when I view it from a browser. In the error logs, I see the following message when trying to sync with the cloud. What can I do to fix this?

Apparently, my problem was that I was trying to sync with a different computer than the one I imported the dives to originally. I imported from a copy of the log and tried to synchronize and that was not working. When I used the laptop that I used to import from the dive computer, it successfully synchronized with the web and loaded the dives.

This issue is closed.
