Hello, I am having connection problems with my dive computer to Subsurface on my computer and Subsurface-Mobile
Dive Computer: Shearwater Perdix AI - Updated softwear to current version 101
Computer: Samsung PC using Windows 11 Home - Updated
Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S23 - Updated
Subsurface-Moblie: Updated yesterday
First my computer. I am able to conect my computer to my Perdix however and Subsurface can locate it but Subsurface will not download from the Perdix (see attached photo). I have attempted to follow some of the Help DIrections but either I am unable to understand (very likely) or I am unable to select certain options offered in Appendix A.
My phone and Subsurface mobile can no longer find my Perdix via bluethooth at all anymore. I used to be able to (with some difficulty) connect and download dives via subsurface-mobile on my phone. However, now, My blutooth on my phone wont even locate my Perdix.
I would appreciate help fixing this issue as I appreciate using Subsurface. I find it superior to the Shearwater Application in many ways and would prefer to not be forced to switch back to it.
