Is displayed CNS calculated or taken from Dive Computer?

On the dive graph for a dive, you can see the CNS at various times throughout the dive.  Is the value displayed calculated by Subsurface (based on O2% and depth) or is it just showing what the dive computer logged during the dive?

I have data from both Garmin Descent Mk1 and Shearwater Perdix AI.  The numbers match for most of my dives except every now and then the last value just before I ended the dive is different by 1%.

CNS values are calculated by Subsurface using the best available approach to do this.
