Add default Wetsuit and Weight

Would it be possible to add weight and wetsuit to the default equipment section. These items never change for me. Thanks

At the moment there is no such thing as a 'default equipment section' in
Subsurface. The only thing similar to this is a drop down that allows
you to select a default cylinder size - but this will not automatically
be added to every dive, it will only be used when we don't have the
cylinder size information for a cylinder in a dive.


Feel free to implement a new feature for a default equipment
configuration, and open a pull request for it. Or open a feature request
to see if another developer has the time and motivation to add this:
